Umami Santoku

Umami Santoku is a versatile, forged steel knife with an oak handle and an oak cutting board.

The UMAMI series are inspired by the traditional craftmanship shared by Japan and Norway – and from the same love of wood, but with a modern approach to it. I want to make products that can give an aesthetic experience not only by the visual appear­ance, but even more by the way the products are used.
