Umami Mana-ita
Umami Mana-ita is a versatile, forged steel knife with an oak handle and an oak cutting board.
Knives should be extensions of the hand, and by having a smooth transition between the handle and the blade, they offer a big variety of gripping possibilities. This makes the knives both versatile and flexible in use. The knives are made of forged steel with oak handles, and the handle and the blade are connected with a single oak peg.
The cutting boards are made of solid oak and can contain the knives inside. Opening the cutting board to take out the knives becomes a small ritual itself to get ready for preparing the food.
